Peak Sport Psychology improves your mental performance by identifying the imbalances between your sport and personal life. At its core, peak aims to improve performance outcomes tailored to each client's psychological needs. Peak provides an end-to-end service to better understand your world and your experiences to make positive adjustments in line with subjective success.
HOW DOES PEAK SPORT PSYCHOLOGY WORK?
Peak Sport Psychology utilises the practice of safe and innovative mental skills training for all their clients. Each clients needs require a tailored experience and service and therefore no two experiences are alike. There is a client onboarding process of three sessions followed by an evaluation of services needed and a tailored services plan.
We do not accept insurance or offer out-of-network super billing. While sport psychology is recognised by the APA, it is not a subsidiary of clinical psychology and does not diagnose or treat such diagnoses. All sport and exercise psychological services are performed on a consultant basis.
Due to the variability of client needs the cost of services varies based on the needs, time and location.
All major debit and credit cards are accepted, as well as, checks and PayPal.
Peak Sport Psychology practices the art of mental skills training within the field of sport and exercise. The focus is to improve less-developed mental skills in order to improve performance. There is a strong focus on 9 different mental skills. If a mental disorder may be present, a referral will be made for an official diagnosis.
